This tutorial will show you how to convert PDF files to Word, RTF, Power Point, Excel, HTML,
EPUB, Images and Text with iSkysoft PDF Converter Pro.
Step 1. Import PDF files
Drag your PDF files into the program. And they will appear in the program as below.
Note: You can import as many as 50 PDF files for one batch conversion.
Step 2. Select an output format for the exported documents
Click the icon
for the selected PDF file to select an output format for the exported document.
You can select MS Office Word, MS Office Excel, MS Office PowerPoint, HTML Document, Text Documents,
Images, RTF or Electronic Publication from the format list. The default format is MS Office Word.
Step 3:Select an output folder
On the
PDF Converter Pro menu, select
Preference, and then customize the output folder in the following dialog box.
Step 4:Convert PDF files

Convert Normal PDF files
Click the
Convert button to start the conversion. There will be a process bar indicating the current process during conversion.
Tip:When you convert normal PDF files, you should uncheck on
Convert scanned PDF documents with OCR.
Otherwise, the conversion speed will get slower.

Convert Scanned PDF files
Check on
Convert scanned PDF documents with OCR and you have to select the languages of the PDF file
from
PDF Converter Pro menu->
Preference ->
OCR tab.
Note: When you convert scanned PDF documents, you have to select the languages of the PDF file under
Document languages.
When you convert normal PDF files, you should disable OCR function. Otherwise, the conversion speed will get slower.
Tip: The
Convert button will become a
Cancel button after the conversion starts. During the conversion, you can terminate the conversion
by clicking the
Cancel button in the program.
Step 5. Check the output documents (optional)
Click the document icon in the program to check an exported document after the conversion is finished. For example,
if the output format is MS Office Word, click the icon
to check the exported Word document.
Tip: If you have set an output folder for the exported documents, you can select
Preferences from
PDF Converter Pro menu,
and then click the
Open button to access the exported documents in the output folder.
