We provide two methods for you to get helped.

1. Live Chat
Chat with our online sales for more information before you place an order.

Note: Live Chat is specifically for pre-sale inquiry. If you have a technical problem, please use the methods below to contact us. 

2. Email

Online form. You can submit your questions via our online form and our customer service team will get back to you within 48 hours.
Complaint center. Feel free to submit you complaints to us. We'll contact you within 24 hours during work day (Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm GMT+8).

Note: We don't offer telephone support currently due to the time difference between you and us.
