How can you evaluate our service?

We highly appreciate your time and feedback. Your feedback will help us continue improving our products and services. Plus, we'll preserve your record in our system and provides you with big discounts to save money off our software applications. This survey is for evaluating the service and we sincerely hope that you can contact us before taking the survey. We'll try our best to assist you.

Kindly notice that 1 star stands for Very Poor, 2 for Poor, 3 for Average, 4 for Good, 5 for Very Good. 

After you submit a ticket, you're able to receive our reply right from your e-mail, or log into our Support Center to check our reply in My Ticket section. There, you can evaluate our service by clicking Rate the Service to let us know about your opinions. This will help us to provide better services in future. 

For trial users, we will send a confirmation message which includes the account information to log into our Support Center. 
For those who have bought our products, the account information is included in the registration e-mail.
