TunesOver is a one-stop manager tool for Apple devices. It can transfer music, movies, music videos, TV shows, Podcasts, iTunes U, Audiobooks, playlists, photos, contacts and SMS from your Apple devices to iTunes, PC and between devices. It can also scan the music files in iDevice and automatically fill in the artist, album, genre, and other information your file might not have.
Part 1: Details, Shortcut Tools and Settings
Details
It shows the information of the connected device.
Shortcut Tools
1. Copy music to iTunes: Detect the different music files between iDevice and iTunes and transfer them.
2. Copy music to folder: Copy all music files from your Apple device to computer.
3. Copy music to iDevice: Copy musics to another iDevice which is also connected.
Settings
Click the Menu icon and choose Settings. In the pop up window, you can set the program language, video conversion quality, contacts name order and so on.
Part 2: Media
Import & Export & Edit
Click the Add button on the top menu or the Add item button to import the music, movies, TV shows, music videos, podcasts, iTunes U and audiobooks from your computer to the program. Click the drop down arrow, there are two options: Add File and Add Folder.
After choosing one or more files, the Export to button on the top menu will be activated. Click the drop down arrow to export music, movies, TV shows, music videos, podcasts, iTunes U and audiobooks to My computer or to iTunes Library.
Tips: 1. If you connect another device, you can also transfer the media files between the devices.
2. You can right-click/double click the file to play, rename or delete it or add it to playlist.
Fix Music
It will show the exclamation mark for the lacking info. You can right click on the song and choose Auto Fix to fix the specific song. Or you can click on the Fix Music button on the top to fix all the needed fixing songs.
Part 3: Playlist
Click the drop down arrow, in the drop-down list, there are three options: New Playlist, Add iTunes Playlist and Add Playlist from Computer.
New Playlist: To create new playlist.
Add iTunes Playlist: Add the created playlist on your iTunes.
Add Playlist from Computer: Add the music files folder from computer. The folder name will be the playlist name.
Tips: You can right click the playlist to rename it.
After you choose one or more playlists, the Export button on the top menu will be activated. Click it to export playlists to My computer or iTunes Library or to the other connected device or right-click the playlist and choose Export To to do this.
Note: The smart playlists can’t be edited and deleted, but you can export the audio files within them to your computer and copy back to iTunes.
Part 4: Photos
Camera Roll: The photos taken by system camera are shown here. You can choose it and click Export to button to export the photos to your computer or other device.
Photo Library: Photos synced from iTunes and imported from PC by other software are shown here.
Click the Add button on the top menu to import photos from computer. Click the drop down arrow, there are four ptions: New Album, Add Folder, New Face and New Event.
After you choose one or more albums or photos, the Export to button on the top menu will be activated. Click it to export photos to My computer or to the other connected device or right-click the albums or photos and choose Export to do this.
Note: The Camera Roll and Photo Library albums can’t be deleted.
Tip: 1. To export a single photo, right-click the file or click the button as shown directly.
2. Right-click one photo and choose Preview to view the photo, and you can double click it to view the photo as well.
