Why is it showing 0 or only a part of my contacts?

FAQ for the following product:

> iTransfer for Windows

If the iOS device is synced iCloud, the case will appear. To show the contacts, you can tap Settings > iCould on your device to turn off Contacts and select Keep on My iPhone. By doing this, iCloud Sync will be closed temporarily.
