FAQ for the following product:

Deleted files are still there in your phone, that is why they can be recovered. However, it is not 100% that all the deleted files can be recovered.

Once a file is deleted, your phone just marked it as "deleted", but the file is actually not gone at the moment. But once there is a new file created by phone in the place where the deleted file was, the deleted file will be overwritten and gone forever.
