It helps to connect your phone with iSkysoft Toolbox for Android enabling USB debugging. If it's not enabled, please follow the instructions below and enable USB debugging on the phone.
When it fails to enable the USB debugging, our program will detect and remind you with assistance on the interface. You can't get pass it if USB debugging is not enabled. If you don't see the directions on the program, please follow the instructions below according to the Android version after you check the Android version of your phone.
1. If your Android version is 2.3 or older than 2.3, go to Settings>Applications>Development in your phone to enable USB debugging.
2. If your Android version is 3.0 to 4.1, go to Settings>Developer Options and then enable USB debugging.
3. If your Android is 4.2 to 5.2 versions, please go to Settings>About Phone and then tap "Build Number” 7 times until “You are under developer mode” pops up.Then go back to Settings>Developer Options, there will an option for you to enable USB debugging.
4. If your Android is 6.0 and newer versions, go to Settings>About phone>Software info tap "Build Number" 7 times and then back to Settings>Developer Options>USB Debugging to turn it on.
