What can I do if a TiVo is unsuccessfully loaded?

FAQ for the following product:

 If you have a TiVo file that will not load into the software, ensure that it plays properly on the computer first, and then try the following steps:
1. Once you have loaded the file into the software, right click (right mouse button) on the file and choose Open File Location.
2. Change the extension of the file to .mpg.
3. Attempt to convert the file again.

If those options still don’t help, upload the original file and Media Access Key to the link http://dropcanvas.com, then contact us and supply us the share link so that we can test the file.

Note: If the file is from different computers TiVo, you will need to have the Media Access Key to be able to play the file. This link will allow you to find the Media Access Key: http://www.ehow.com/how_1000418_media-access-key.html
