Why didn’t the software remember my settings after I edited my video?

To save your settings, you will want to ensure that you click the OK button to save the chosen settings.


Next you will choose a profile from the Output Format Tab, and then click on the Convert button to finalize the video. While you are converting the file, the editing that you have chosen will be applied, and be included in the finished file. Click the Open button to be directed to the converted file.
