Why are my files converted incompletely?

FAQ for the following product:

 In trial version, only 1/3 of the length of the source media will be converted. First please make sure your program is fully registered. Here are the steps.

1. Please uninstall your program first.
Please go to Control Panel Uninstall a Program > choose the program and uninstall it.

2. Download the latest version from the following link:
http://download.iskysoft.com/video-converter-ultimate-win_full670.exe

3. After the installation, open the program, click Sign In icon the top right of the corner to open the registration window, then copy and paste your registration info into it.


If the case persists after you finish registration, go to Menu Preferences > Convert > Check Run in compatibility mode and convert again.
