What to do when the product is intercepted by Gatekeeper on Mac OS X 10.8 or Mac OS X 10.9?

When you launch the product on Mac OS X 10.8 (Mountain Lion) or Mac OS X 10.9(Mavericks) the first time, the following window may pop up.


This is caused by the Gatekeeper on Mac OS X 10.8 or Mac OS X 10.9 which helps protect users from downloading and installing malicious software. We are working on the upgrade version by adding Developer ID certificate.

At present, choose Apple icon > System Preference on the top menu, click Security & Privacy. In General tab, the default option is Mac App Store and identified developers. Click the lock icon to make change. Select Anywhere option, and click Allow From Anywhere in the pop up window. Then you can run the product on your Mac.
