What to do if Toolbox can't recognize my device?

FAQ for the following product:

1. Please make sure computer can see your phone after you connect the device.

2. Make sure your device is not screen-locked.

3. Restart your device and see if Toolbox can see your device.

4. Try to use another USB cable/hub to connect.

5. If you have another computer, please try Toolbox on that computer.
