Why I can't recover any file from my iTunes backup?

The following reasons might cause Toolbox unable to recover files from your iTunes backup file.

1. Your iTunes backup file has been replaced by the new iTunes backup file, the files in the old one might be gone.

2. The iTunes backup file is already corrupted due to unknown reasons, this way that iTunes backup file is useless and can't be restored.
