If the files you want are not in the scan result, there is another way of recovery you can try: recover from an iTunes backup.

1. Make sure your computer has the latest version of iTunes. iTunes download URL: www.apple.com/itunes/download/

2. Open iTunes, then backup your phone in iTunes.

3. Open Toolbox for iOS, and choose Data Recovery feature, then choose Recovery from iTunes backup file on the left side to recovery from the backup file you just made.
