If the converted file plays well on your computer, that means the file has been converted successfully by the product. If it does not, it is likely due to a compatibility issue between the device and format of the video. To fix this, you can follow the steps below:
1. Import your source media into the program and select the desired device type under
Output Format to get an output video that best suits the device. For instance, if you want to play the video on your iPhone, you can set the output format to iPhone.
2. Click
Settings to open the parameters window and lower the videos
Bit Rate.
3. Click
Bottom left corner then disable the
High Speed Conversion option if its not already disabled, convert the file again.
4. Check if other video files play well on your device to make sure your device is set properly.
