This problem might be caused by the incompatibility of our program with your display adapter drive. Do the following to try again:
1. Check for updates for your
display adapter driver. To do so, right click
My Computer on the desktop and select
Manage > Device Manager > Display adapter to find your display adapter driver and right click the driver to update it.
2. Restart your computer if you're prompted and restart the program to try again.
3. If the problem is still there, send us the log folder. We'll test it and get back to you as soon as possible. Here are the steps to find the log folder:
1) Right click the program icon, choose "
Open File Location "option, then it will direct to the installation folder of this program.
2) The log folder locates in the installation folder. Right click on the folder and create a
Zip or
RAR file, then send us via
email or
online form.
