How to upgrade my applications for free

We provide lifetime free updates for most our products. You can upgrade them for free in various ways:

1. Check for updates right from the application. For most applications, when a new version is released, an update dialog will prompt you to upgrade when you  launch the application. You can simply click Update and follow the on-screen instructions to upgrade your application. 

2. Sign in our Member Zone on our Support Center to check whether there's a new version for your purchased application. 

3. We'll send an email to let you know if a major upgrade is available. If the upgrade is free, you're able to directly download the application from the link in the newsletter and get a new registration code from our Support Center. If this major upgrade is not free, you just pay a small upgrade fee, and our system will send you the new registration code.

You're able to get a new registration code yourself in the two ways below.

Upgrade your application via our Registration Code Retrieval system

Step 1. Click Retrieve Registration Code on the homepage of Support Center, enter your licensed e-mail address or order number, and click Submit.



Step 2. Your order will be shown as below. Tick the checkbox in front of the order number, and click Submit.



Step 3. The registration information you're using will appear. Click the upgrade link.



Step 4. Your information will be updated and you'll receive an e-mail from us with the download link included. You're able to download the new version from the email, install it and register it with the new registration code.

Upgrade your program on our Member Zone

Step 1.
Sign in our Member Zone with your user name and password, and you'll see your order information in My Order tab.
Note: The user name and password are sent to you in the registration e-mail when you purchased our product.



Step 2. Click the Detail link in the Operation column to show the registration information you're using.



Step 3. Click Upgrade, and the new registration information will be displayed on the page.



Step 4. Download the new version, install the application and register it with the new registration code.
