Why the image quality is poor when I preview video in the program?

FAQ for the following product:

Usually, the program will compress a video to a lower resolution to preview fast and to fit the preview window. What you see is not the real video quality.

Actually, you won't find the quality difference between your source files and the converted files if they can be played well on your computer. Please check the output quality by playing the video after conversion.
