What can I do if there is not enough space in the temporary folder to burn the DVD?

FAQ for the following product:
To burn a video to a disc, it must first go through a temporary DVD folder and then onto the disc. If you do not have a large enough temporary folder, then the burn will fail. To fix this fault, follow the directions below.
The software will randomly choose one of the local discs as the temp folder path. Make sure that at least one of the local disks has double the space of a DVD. For example if you wish to burn to a 4.7GB disc you will need a 9.4GB temporary folder.
Tip: You can open up My Computer, right click (right mouse button) and select the Properties option to check how much space is available on the disc.
To troubleshot, would you please reproduce this issue with our product and send us the zip log files for further analysis.
1. Right click (right mouse button) the iSkysoft iMedia Converter Deluxe icon on your desktop, and choose Properties>Find Target, or Open File Location to view the installation path.
2. Find the folder named “Log” and submit the contents of that folder to us for review.
