How can I keep using annotation tools without selecting them again and again?

In the version 6.3.1 or above, You  are given the option of marking the annotation tools you want to keep using without selecting them again and again in the "Keep Tool Selected" settings. 

Please first click Comment button in the toolbar,  you can see a small grey hexagon at the near upper left corner. Please click the hexagon to open the "Keep Tool Selected" settings. You can mark the tools you want to keep using without selecting the tools again and again. For example, if I mark Sticky Note, after clicking Sticky Note button, I can adding notes continuously.
