What to do if my converted Excel is blank?

FAQ for the following product:

If your converted Excel file is blank and your original PDF file is scanned file, it is likely to be that you miss the important step of enabling OCR recognition.

1) Click Convert>To Excel button.

2) At the right side of the program interface, please enable OCR and choose the OCR language to be matched with your Document Language.

3) Click the Options tab, you can choose Page Range for the this conversion and select Convert each page to a separate worksheet or select Convert all pages to a single worksheet.

4) At last, go back to the Convert tab and click the Convert button.
