How to use the Groove Box?

Note that the Groove Box is au audio reverberator.



It simulates sound of some instruments. In the Note pane, the vertical axis represents the instruments and horizontal axis the timer shaft. Click the Note pane and a note dot will be inserted. All note dots compose a melody. Click the Preview button to hear what you've composed. Click the Save button to save the melody to the editing interface.

The application provides various preset melodies so you're able to select one from the Default list. Alternatively, you're able to let the application compose randomly. Click I am Feeling Lucky, and you'll see note dots are distributed automatically. Drag the Rhythm controller slider to set the speed of random melodies (near the rabbit means fast and the tortoise slow).

Click I am Feeling Tired to quit the Groove Box without changes.
