How to remove the distorted lines?

If you have distorted lines on your converted file, follow the steps I have listed below:
1. Click on Add Files/Load DVD to reload the source file.
2. Click on the Edit button, and then select the Effect tab.
3. In the drop-down list for Deinterlacing, choose one of the options aside from None.
4. Click on OK and choose an output format to convert the video again.
If the above information doesn’t solve the issue, contact us with the name of the DVD if your source file is a DVD.
