How to install the download extension for Safari, Chrome or Firefox?

The latest versions of our video downloading applicationis are fully compatible with Apple Safari, Mozilla irefox and Google Chrome. When you start our application for the first time, you will be asked to install the video download extension so you can directly download video without leaving your browser.

If you didn't see the prompt message, you're able to install the download extension manually:

Start our applications and go to Product name > Preferences in the top menu bar. In the Extensions tab, you can install the download extensions for the selected browser.
