FAQ for the following product:

If you have enabled Two-Step verification in your iCloud account, Apple will stop Toolbox from downloading backup file from iCloud. Please follow the following steps to disable:

1. 1. Go to your Apple ID page:
https://appleid.apple.com/#!&page=signin

2. Click Edit.

3. Click Turn Off Two-Factor Authentication
