How to convert the downloaded videos

When the downloading is finished, you can find the downloaded videos in the Downloaded tab. In the video list, you'll see a Convert button on the right of each video item, click it  and a window will open, then choose an output format you want. 

If the conversion fails, right click the video and choose Show in Finder. Find the video you want to convert, and drag and drop it to the application, and then try again.

If the problem is still there, contact our customer team with the video link, as well as the specific settings of output format if available. It's helpful for us to do troubleshooting.
