How do you convert a video to play on iPhone?

When editing is done, click Export > iPhone on the top menu to open the Export window. Then select an output format for your iPhone model. If it's iPhone 4, you're able to find it in the Profile drop-down list.
Click Next to start the conversion. When finished, transfer the converted video to iTunes for syncing to iPhone 4.
Tips:
1. You can change the file name before conversion.
2. For the Output option, click the Browse button and select an output folder.
3. Switch to Format tab to convert the file to formats like MP4, MOV, WMV, AVI, MPEG, and many more.
4. Click Advanced Settings to show/hide Advanced Settings for the selected profile.
