How do I fix crash or freezing issues?

FAQ for the following product:

 If you have started to experience unexpected crashes or freezes, the following steps are what is suggested to get you back up and running.

1. Uninstall the software from your computer.
2. Download the latest version from our website.
3. Install the software to a different location on your computer, as in a different drive if you have one, and not the default C:
4. Once the installation has completed, right click on the Wondershare Video Converter Ultimate icon and choose Run as administrator to give you full administrative rights to the software.
