How do I fix the “QuickTime is not installed” error?

The program will open QuickTime to play M4A/M4B/M4P files when recording and removing the DRM protection. The “QuickTime is not installed” error will come up if QuickTime is not installed or installed incorrectly. Please follow the method below to fix this.

1. Download the latest version of QuickTime from the link below then install it. 
http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/ 

2. Close other programs on the computer to ensure the computer is not over loaded. 

To troubleshot,please reproduce this issue with our product and send us the zip log files for further analysis.

1. Right-click the shortcut for the program, and select Properties>Find Target or Open File Location, this will direct you to the installation folder of the program.
2. Find a folder named "log" and send all the files in the folder to us.
