How to fix "Invalid field in CDB" message while copying DVD error?

FAQ for the following product:

When burning DVD, sometimes you may receive this message "Invalid Field in CDB, The disc drive didn't respond properly and can't recover or retry".

The reason for this problem may be the continuous using of DVD drive for long time. Simply shutdown your computer and make DVD drive unused for 30 minutes or so and try again.

If the error still there, please try an alternative method to burn DVD: 

1)  Save your DVD movie to an ISO Image file with our software, and then burn the ISO Image file to a new blank DVD using the built-in Disk Utility for Mac.

2)  To burn ISO Image file to DVD, open Disk Utility, choose Images > Burn from the top menu bar, add the ISO image file to Disk Utility and insert a blank DVD disc with enough space to start burning.
