What can I do if my file will not load into iSkysoft iMedia Converter Deluxe?

FAQ for the following product:

The software could fail to load a video under the following circumstances: 

1. The video format is not supported. 
2. The video file is damaged. 
3. The video has a special codec or a complicated file or path name.

You can check the following to see if it resolves the fault. 

1. Check this link https://videoconverter.iskysoft.com/reference.html to see if the format is supported by the product. 
2. Check that the video plays well on the computer and it is not corrupt. 
3. Save the source video to a local disc drive with simple file and path and name, such as C:usertest.mp4.

If it still doesn't work, we would request that you send us the following information for further investigation:

1. The Source videos. 

You can click this link http://dropcanvas.com/ to upload the file. Then contact us with the share link that will be generated on the webpage. 

2. Screenshot of the error message. 

You can press PRINTSCREEN (PrtSc) in the keyboard and then click Start All Programs > Accessories > Paint to open a window. Use CTRL+V to paste the screenshot and save the file.
