The following situations could cause you to not have a successful download of your chosen Internet videos:
1. Your Internet connection may be unstable.
2. The videos may have a special protection, or be a broadcast.
3. Our software doesn’t support all video downloading sites, and you may have tried to download from one we don’t support. Please offer the download link to video for reference.
If the above are not the causes of the download problem, the suggestions below may help you out and resolve the issue for you.
1. Check to make sure that you have the latest version of the software. Click on the
Menu >
Check for Updates and the software will look to see if there is an update for you.
2. Check to see if your Internet connection is giving you the proper speeds. Most high speed Internet providers do offer a speed test on their homepage, allowing you to check that you are getting the proper speed. It is highly recommended to only try to download the Internet video using a high speed connection.
3. Ensure that you are not trying to download a broadcast, or a protected video. To find out if the video is protected, the easiest way will be to see if the web URL starts with HTTPS and not HTTP. MTV Videos and BBC videos will have these designations.
4.If the above suggestions do not solve the issue, contact us with the link for the video that will not download. We will test it ourselves to see if we can find a solution for you.
