This problem generally occurs due to the DVD driver on your computer not being the latest, or the DVD disc that you are using is not compatible with the DVD drive in your computer.
The following steps will help you fix this issue:
1. Play the source video on your computer to ensure that it plays without any issues.
2. Ensure that you are using a DVD disc that is one of the follow formats: DVD-R, DVD+R, DVD-RW, or DVD+RW.
3. Also try updating the driver for your DVD player by doing the following: Right click (right mouse button)
My Computer >
Manage >
Device Manager >
DVD/CD-ROM and then update the driver for your drive.
4. Select Burn to ISO files under the Burn tab to make an ISO file first, and then load that into the program to burn that to a disc.
If you are still unable to complete the burning process, contact us with the brand of disc you are using, the version of your DVD drive and the driver number, and the log folder.
To access the log files, follow these instructions:
1) Right-click the iSkysoft iMedia Converter Deluxe icon on desktop, select
Properties >
Find Target or Open File Location to open the installation path.
2) Find the folder named "log" and send the entire folder to us. You can make a zip/rar file of log folder and attach it here in the ticket.
