On the screen overview, click the icon besides Details to display the device information. Under the listed device, you can view the capacity usage status.
Quick Access tools: Copy Music to iTunes, Export Music to Mac, Convert Music
- Copy Music to iTunes: Transfer music from iDevice to iTunes Library.
- Export Music to Mac: Transfer music files from iDevice to Mac.
- Convert Music: It helps to convert the music files to the supported formats by your device and import them to your device.
Part 2: Manage Music
Import: Click the Add button to import the music, Podcasts, iTunes U, Audiobooks and Voice Memos from your Mac to the program.
Export to Mac: Checking the box before Name to select all files or choose one or more files, the Export to Mac button on the top menu will be activated. Click Export to Mac button to export Music, Podcasts, iTunes U, Audiobooks and Voice Memos to Mac.
Export to iTunes: Choose one or multiple files which do not existed in iTunes Library, and the Export to iTunes button on the top menu will be activated. Click Export to iTunes button to export the selected Music file(s) to iTunes.
Smart Export to iTunes: It helps to export music files are not existed in iTunes Library to it.
Tips:
1. You can directly drag the files from Mac to the program and vice versa.
2. You can right click the file or the icon behind the file to play, delete or export it or add it to playlist or drag it to the playlist directly.
Manage Playlist
▪ Click the Add Playlist button to create new playlist.
▪ Right click the playlist to rename or delete it.
▪ Drag the files under Type to the Playlist directly.
▪ Choose the music file and drag it to the Playlist directly.
Note: The smart playlists can’t be edited and deleted, but you can export the music files within them to your Mac.
Part 3: Manage Photo
Camera Roll: The photos taken by system camera are shown here.
Photo Stream: A copy of the photos sync with iCloud
Photo Library: The added photos are shown here.
Import: Click the Add button on the top menu to import photos from Mac or drag the photos to the software directly.
Export: After you choose one or more photos, the Export button on the top menu will be activated. Click it to export photos to Mac.
Add Albums
▪ Click Add Albums button to create new album.
▪ Right click the photo and choose Add to to move to the album or drag it to the album directly.
Tips:
1. You can right click one photo and choose Selected All to select the all photos.
2. You can drag the selected photos to Mac directly.
3. You can right click one album and choose Export button to export the photos to your Mac
4. Click Date icon to show the photos by shooting date.
Note: If your device is iOS 6.0 or later, you can’t add photos to Camera Roll album or delete the photos on it, but you can export them to Mac.
Part 4: Manage Videos
Import: Click the Add button to import the movie, Podcasts, TV Shows, Music Videos and iTunes U from your Mac to the program.
Export: Click Selected All button to select all files or choose one or more files, the Export button on the top menu will be activated. Click it to export the videos to Mac.
