Why was I charged twice for the same order?

If this happens, first check with your card bank to see whether it's the misdirection of the bill. If you're reading an online statement, the pre-authorization and the split settlements might appear as separate line items. However, you've not been improperly charged. The pre-authorization should expire soon after the settlement, but how it displays on online statements depends on the business practices of the corresponding bank.

If you buy our products with a credit card, the scenarios below might be the reasons why you're charged twice.

1. You might click the payment button twice on the final step.
2. You refresh the payment page during processing, which may charge you for two times.

If you're charged twice for the same order, feel free to contact our customer service team. Please attach the bill statement for our reference.
