Why the Recover button stays gray?

FAQ for the following product:

Two reasons may lead to this case, and you can follow the corresponding suggestion:

1. The program is not registered successfully. You can click Menu>Register to open the registration window, then copy&paste the licensed email and the registration code to register it. 
2. The found files under File Type are not selected after scan. You can select the items that you wish to recover and the Recover button will turn green.
