FAQ for the following product:

If there is no data can be found via Recover from iOS device, there might be the reasons as follow:
 
1.The data has been deleted for a long time and has been overwritten by the added data.
2.The data was deleted recently, any new operation in the device or new data added may cause the date been overwritten.
 
You can try Recover from iTunes Backup File to recover the data if you have synced your device before.
