Why is there no sound on the computer after converting files?

FAQ for the following product:
Generally, the issue will appear after converting the DRM files. Actually, when you convert DRM files, virtual sound card will be set up. After the conversion, the sound card will be switched to real sound card automatically. If the computer fails to do this, there will be no sound. You can follow the steps below to fix it.
Solutions:
1. Close the program.
2. Check the default playback device manually:
For Vista or win7:
Click the small trumpets under the right corner on the desktop to open Playback Device window and change the playback device to the default one.
For Windows XP:
Click Start > Control Panel > Sound and Audio Devices > Audio Option and click the drop-down arrow to select the default physical device.
If it still doesn't work, please send us the log folder.
For Win7 or Vista, to find a log folder, please right click the desktop short-cut icon for the program to choose Properties and then choose Open File Location option, it will direct to the installation folder of this program and you will the Log folder. Please send the whole folder as a zip or rar file to us.
For XP, to find a log folder, you can follow the steps below to find the log folder.
(1) Right-click the icon of the program, and select Properties.
(2) On the pop-up window, please click the Find Target button or the Open File Location button, it will direct to the installation folder of this program.
