What can I do if the conversion fails?

The conversion may fail because of program damage or special codec in the files you want to convert. Please make sure the files play well on the computer, reinstall the program and follow the instructions below to fix it.

For non-protected files
1. Check if the files play well on the program. If not, there can be special codec in the file. 
2. Choose another output format for conversion.

If this doesn't work, please contact us with a copy of one file and the output format you choose.

For DRM files
1. Close other programs on the computer and ensure the computer is not in heavy task. The DRM file conversion is very CPU sensitive.
2. For DRM videos, please click the Tools button, choose Preferences>DRM, and set Capture Size as Half of Original.

If this doesn't work, please contact us with the error message if there is one and send us all files in the log folder in the installation path.

For DVDs
1. Right-click My Computer on the desktop, select Manage->Device Manager->DVD/CD-ROM drives to find the DVD drive and right-click the drive to update it.
2. Choose another output format for conversion.
