Why is my device screen in black after using the program?

FAQ for the following product:

It is normal. To scan the device, the program will enter the device system first, which will cause black screen. Please press Home and Power buttons for 10s to restart the device to normal or connect your device with the program, select the right device and choose Recover from iOS Device. Then select Restart Device to Normal.
