FAQ for the following product:

Usually, the reason if you failed to upgrade to the new version is that the keycode you input is for the older version. Below we'll show you how to retrieve your registration code yourself. 

1. If you purchased the software from our official site www.iskysoft.com, visit the link below to get the new registration code using the Order Number or Licensed E-mail

2. If you purchased your software from SWREG or RegNow, but have forgotten the order number or licensed e-mail, you're able to find the order details from the link below with the necessary information of your credit card.

RegNow: https://www.regnow.com/order_lookup.html

3. If you purchased your software from other third-party sites, please contact us with the Order ID and the website you've purchased software from. We'll generate the new registration code and get back to your as soon as possible.
