Why doesn't the program play the media file well?

If the program doesn't play your media files, first check the information below.

1. Make sure that the media files are not DRM protected. The program supports playing non-protected videos/audios and regular DVDs only.
2. Make sure the file formats are supported. Click the Open Files button under Play section to open the Open dialog box, you will see all supported formats from the pull-down list of Files of type.You can also check the supported format as shown below.
