Why can’t I enter the device system after selecting Recover from iOS Device.

FAQ for the following product:

Following reasons maybe cause the failure in entering the device system.
 
1.The device was disconnected during the process. Please reconnect to PC again.
2.Please follow the guide below to try again. Please make sure you hold Power and Home buttosn for exact 10 seconds.


If you still can't enter device system after the above steps, it may be caused by your special device and computer environment, please try the following:
1. Recover from iTunes Backup File if you have backed up your device with iTunes before.
2. Reconnect your device with your Mac.
3. Change another Mac to have a try.
