Why can't my USB be recognized?

FAQ for the following product:

Make sure that your USB card reader or USB connected camera have up-to-date drivers installed, or you could try Partition Recovery in the Standard Mode first to scan the disk.

If you still cannot find the USB drive, please check whether your drive is corrupted or hardly accessible by your computer. Normally, if the computer can’t recognize the USB, neither can our program. After choosing the scanned partition, you could set the scanned conditions so that you can find the lost data more exactly.
