What to do when Phone Transfer cannot load data in Android devices?

FAQ for the following product:

When Phone Transfer has loaded the content in your phone, there will be a number beside each item showing how many data there are. If there is no number, it means Phone Transfer fails to load. Please follow the tips below to fix this problem:

1. Disconnect and reconnect your device to the computer for a few times to refresh the loading process.

2. Click the "flip" button on the loading screen of Phone Transfer.

3. If there is a authorization request pops up in your phone, tap Yes to authorize Phone Transfer to load the data in your phone.
