What to do if there's no enough space while copying DVD?

Last Revised: 2017-07-13 16:47:48

FAQ for the following product:

To copy a DVD disc, the application first convert the original DVD to a temporary ISO image file on your Mac HD, and then burn the ISO file to a blank DVD disc.

Generally, the ISO image file is two times larger than the original DVD. Take a DVD 5 movies for example, there must be at least 9.4GB ( 4.7GB x 2) on your Mac HD for storing the ISO file. A DVD 9 movie will required more free space on your Mac HD.

If there's not enough space on your Mac HD,  remove some files from your Mac HD to release more space for the ISO temporary file. After copying DVD, the temporary ISO image will be removed automatically.
