What can I do if the device is already being recognized by my computer but not show up in the program?

FAQ for the following product:

If the phone is already connected to the computer but does not show up in the program, try the following trouble-shooting steps.

1. Try using another USB cable or port.
2. Try selecting another USB connection mode on your phone. (Example: Charge Only/ MTP Mode/ Send Images) For Sony and LG devices, select Send images (PTP) mode).


Note: If your USB debugging mode is grey, unplug your phone firstly and you will able to turn it on. Then re-connect your phone.
