Why your program doesn't play my files?

FAQ for the following product:

If your media files can't be played with our program, do the following to fix the problem.

1. Make sure the media files are DRM-free. This program only supports playing DRM-free media files and common DVD movies.
2. Make sure the file format is compatible with our program. Check out the link below to see what file formats are supported by this program:

If your media files are DRM-free ones and compatible with our program but  can't be played,  send us the required information for testing purpose. We will get back to you with a solution within 48 hours (work days).

For DRM-free media files

Upload your media files to www.wetransfer.com and send us the links. Your media files might be encoded in a special codec that our program doesn't support. 

For DVD movies
Tell us the link to the DVD movie on www.amazon.com. It's probably that your DVD movie is protected in a special encryption to stop our program from playing the movie.
