The quality of the video that you captured with iSkysoft Video Converter Ultimate is decided by many factors, including your computer's hardware and performance, the recording region, and the source image.
To record high quality video with the built-in Video Recorder, your computer should have a dual-core CPU and 2 GB RAM, or above.
If your computer is powerful enough, follow the instructions below to record high quality videos.
1. Start the supplied free Video Recorder through Start > All Programs > iSkysoft > Video Converter Ultimate > iSkysoft Video Recorder.
2. Play online video with your browser, or play local video files with a media player. The Video Recorder will automatically detect the video and display a REC button.
3. Click the REC button and the recording will start immediately.
4. Click the REC button again to stop recording and the recorded file folder will open.
5. Preview the recorded file with your media player.
If the video quality is poor, it's probably due to heavy tasks on your computer. Just quit all unnecessary programs and try again.
You can also record a small area to see whether the video quality is good or not. If the video quality is poor even for a small region, send us the whole log folder for testing. The log folder locates in the installation folder of our software.
Tips:
1. Press F10 on your keyboard to stop recording a video.
