FAQ for the following product:

To unlock your iTunes backup, please follow the steps below.
1. Close iTransfer and open iTunes.
2. Get your device connected via the supplied USB cable, then go to Summary in iTunes.
3. Go to Backup and click on Encrypt iPhone Backup, enter your password on the pop up window to unlock it.

4. Close iTunes and open iTransfer for further use.
